At A to Zeman Speech Therapy, I address speech and language needs on an individual basis through an initial evaluation and then make my recommendation as to whether pursuing treatment is appropriate.
Treatment will focus on facilitating means of communication as well as increasing intelligibility when necessary in order to maximize community and environmental inclusion in a meaningful way. As a clinician, I will provide my recommendations while also using a client-centered approach in order to habilitate and/or re-habilitate speech and language development in a way that best suits the client.
ABOUT LIZZYÂ ZEMAN, M.A., CCC-SLP
I was born and raised in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.  I attended the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and received my Bachelors degree in Linguistics (2012) and then went on to earn my Masters degree in Speech and Language Pathology from Eastern Michigan University (2015). Upon graduating, I worked in an outpatient clinic where I provided speech and language services to both children and adults.  I specialize in evaluating and treating expressive, receptive, and pragmatic language impairments and also have experience working with persons with articulatory speech impairments as well as fluency disorders.  I have my ASHA certification and am licensed to work within the state of Michigan. I currently reside in the Bloomfield Hills area with my husband and daughter. I am happy to provide a consult and address any questions and/or concerns you have regarding speech and language therapy.
SERVICES AND PRICING
While we are facing these challenging times brought on by COVID-19, I will be conducting all services via tele-therapy using the Zoom app. My schedule is flexible and appointments can be made based on what works best for you! The first appointment will be an initial evaluation (around 45 minutes) and then based on results, therapy sessions will typically be scheduled weekly (around 30 minutes). I also offer group therapy for those interested in working with others!

I am able to accept clients with Medicare Part B and am in the process of receiving my credentialing from BCBS so stay tuned!
